Human languages are a big waste of time. What do I get if I dedicate the time to becoming fluent in French? Nothing of value, or practical use.

I'm not saying don't study them, I'm just advising that studying them should be viewed as more of a hobby activity than something genuinely useful. If you do it, it should be competing with time you'd otherwise spend watching TV or playing videogames and not competing against time used for more important purposes than those.

I have never evaded a ban. The /ck/ janny is an absolute penis who gives me month long all board bans for posting maids in /ck/. I check the ban page. For 2 or 3 days I am banned and then after that I check the page and I am not banned anymore. I have seen other anons complain that a specific dra/g/on maid board janny unbans me and refuses to enforce most rules against me. I got accused of being "one of his discord kittens", but I have never used discord for any reason or spoken with this person. I think janny either just likes my researches or doesn't get mad when I post maids.

This character had potential and they wasted him. They could've had him born in like the early/mid 80s so his power of being a smartphone was actually pretty good, until smartphones were invented and became widespread.

They could have set the story in like 2007. He's in his prime as a hero and now suddenly everyone who spends a couple hundred bucks on a new device is his equal in power.

That would be an interesting story. In 2004 he's godlike because nobody else has this ability. In 2009 he's on par with anyone who went to an Apple Store. Showing how he adapts to his superpower effectively being obsoleted by the natural progression of technology would be interesting.

I applaud Wolfy for using her computer outside. I do this too. But she should really consider changing from a laptop to a UMPC. Laptops are an immobile legacy form factor which isn't well suited to anything. Laptops are not really mobile, they're just more mobile than desktops were 20 years ago.

Wolfy should upgrade her Science Computer to a UMPC. Then she will have a nicer time walking around in the woods with it.

Is there a way to make a big latex document compile faster? I am trying to typeset hundreds of bmatrixes on thousands of pages and my compile time is like 15 minutes.

I haven't even added the margin maids yet.

I don't want to have to wait 15 minutes to make sure every single image is in place.

I am working on a long latex document. Somehow I introduced a compile error. I removed the new text I added, but still the error happens. What is the best way to debug latex? TexWorks isn't giving me much info and the console output may as well just say "lol nope".
