Imagine you can bench 100 lb. You spent 3 years getting up to 100 lb. You can do about 10 reps at 100 lb. You are pretty alpha in your mind. Well that is community college. It's 10 reps at 100 lb. Now I throw 340 lb on the bar and say lift. That's med school.
