The taste of olives cannot be communicated in any way other than experiencing it yourself.

You can write a 900 page dissertation about the taste of olives, yet you will always skip the essential information - the taste itself. Therefore, experience contains hidden information that you cannot encode in any way short of having it.

It seems that whatever the mind is, it is not bound or enclosed by means of what is information processing alone. The mind "escapes" investigation by unknown means.
