you can criticize the taxonomy of race on whatever grounds you want, but that doesn't change the fact that there are clear biological differences between what we observe as distinct phenotypes.
this extends to the brain.
the consensus in academia is actually that both genes and environment factor into the IQ difference between 'races'. the plurality of researchers in the field believe the degree of heritability involved to be from 60-99% in fact.
to think all human population groups turned out exactly the same except for some superficial physical traits such as skin pigmentation over the course of tens of thousands of years of divergent evolution is anti-scientific and frankly it's on the level of creationism. you have to be extremely emotionally or ideologically biased to hold such a view.
