Let me explain to you why you are struggling to get a job in industry.

These large sites know how good their job is and they intend to get their family or friends to work there. This applies to both degree positions and degree positions.

I work for one of the larger oil and gas companies. A colleague of mine who was hired at the same time openly told me that he went into the interview knowing what the questions were going to be and knew how they were being to be scored. Just know that most interviews you have will be loaded and there's nothing you can do about it.
