Avoid processed foods, they are filled with additives and nitrates that are classified as "suspected carcinogens". yes , the additives and nitrates are at small ammounts, but over a lifetime the damage does acumulate.
Also, avoid foods packaged in plastics. Bisphenol A is found in plastics and is also a suspected carcinogen. Researchers have now also started to see a relation between the decrease in the sperm count among men in the west, and the prevelance of Bisphenol A, and a bunch of other chemicals originating from plastic packaging in food

So yeah, dont buy processed food in plastic containers that you then also go ahead and eat from.
