The point of this thread is not whether or not a clone is the same person as the original - they clearly aren't, and "bring her back, so to speak" was absolutely fine as a colloquialism got cloning a dead person. The one thing USNC does claim is the material used in their fuel, silicon carbide, which is different then what NERVA used, and material differences can be a big deal once its built. The difference between never making it off the test stand to actually being used in the real world. Whether or not USNC turns out to be any good idk.
