Will a more technologically advanced civilization be less inclined to acts of war, and if so, how long untill we are likely to see a statistically significant difference?

Hey /sci/, do you think a completely secularized global society would be statistically siginificantly less prone to acts of war or not?

Right, so, /sci/, random thought of the day. How much easier would it be to build tall scyscrapers on Mars or the Moon?

The lack of atmosphere would make weather conditions less of a problem, but would the decreased gravity be a benefit or pose a problem? Inutivively I'd say it'd make it easier, but science has taught me never to trust intuition. Also, how common are tremors in comparison to earth?

Purpose implies intention. Intention implies sentience. Since we are the only sentiences we know of, we're free to define our own purposes in life.

Function is not the said of purpose. Our genes gave of that function because it worked out for them. That doesn't make it any less arbitrary.
