What if 7 billion marbles got jammed up your nose? You would sneeze and blow up the world.

Explain to the child that you are too non-intuitive to explain to them and cannot relate to their educational matrix at this time, even to the point of asking total strangers to explain, in 'children's' terms, what 7 billion of something would look like without knowing anything about the child.
There's 7 billion people pissing oceans of piss every day. A whole ocean of piss.
Maybe that's something you could understand.
It would fill a lot of swimming pools.
