You don't seem to understand what your own species is and what your own species does.

The problem with asking Violent Simians about anything is their revulsion to using logic when it affects them the most.

The Drake Equation has a few latter terms that suggest that technological lifeforms are probably not viable. After all, all we've seen about the stars so far show no sign of Dyson structures whatsoever. Physics says there MUST BE Dyson structures in order to continue delivering power to an expanding technological civilization. The lack of stellar distortions and the lack of intelligent signals show clearly that there's some force at work suppressing tech civs.

This means it will affect us. And we can honestly see that at work, in how we're too competitive and are willing to invoke the most ruinous of wars for some petroleum. We're Violent Simians; our very biological nature denies our ability to expand into the solar system.

I dare you to find Humans who will even admit that about themselves. Almost all of YOU can't, that's for fucking sure.

One of my deepest thoughts is the realization and self-admittance that Humanity is just a pack of Violent Simians, and we're not going to survive into anything the universe defines as the "long term". 1000 years from now, Humans will be living a pastoral existence on the Earth, high technology having retreated to myth. 1000000 years from now, Humans will be well on the way of devolving into arboreal physiologies. 10 million years from now, Humans will be extinct. The universe will never remember us; we will have never put aside our base natures to truly work together for the common good, and then formed a spacefaring civilization to watch the eons pass.

It's time you admitted the truth: Humanity is almost entirely a pack of Violent Simians. That's the destiny of life forms: They have to compete in order to survive, but that competitive drive makes it essentially impossible to cooperate when technology arrives.

ORLY? And yet billionaires are dying right on schedule, in their 80s and 90s. They have the best health care, and yet they still die. Curious, isn't it?

Well, not when you realize what's really going on. They are still dying with billions in wealth, having not invested in longevity. People who gain billions in wealth have a certain mentality. By that, I mean they are stereotypical Violent Simians. They only care about money. Money, money, money. Even though it's the most insane shit ever, their goals are to die with more money than ever. Making money is one of the ultimate expression of violent simianhood. You work and work and work, fucking people over left and right, just so that you end up with a larger pile of "stuff" than the other simians.

So how this works is, if you want to make use of all your money to stay alive, you'll never EVER have enough to actually achieve that goal. Very rich people have the means, but they are already lost to the ideology of money-grubbing. So longevity never EVER gets achieved.
