I dont have a clue about physics, so help me out with this:

Just in theory; If the sattelite would orbit just a little bit faster than the earth rotation, just so its not stationary, we add something else than a magnet to connect, use a Pole instead of a cord and have a weight to switch the plane for (so there are not any weight differences), COULD THIS WORK?
