>Views on philosophy:
Is not a replacement for natural science, nor is science a replacement for philosophy. Its just a different approach at knowledge, or its understanding thereof. I've not looked into it besides what we studied at school (which was a damn lot from 9th grade until 11th grade, but even if it was a catholic school, they taught us a lot of stuff of philosophy that attacked religion or sometimes more specifically what christianism/catholicism professes, or concepts incompatible with it) And its not like I remember a lot of stuff, but even I, a person who feels more comfortable with numbers, algorithms, problems and such, found these concepts to be of great interest

>Views on Culture:
Cultures are heritages of what a segmented civilization was. The natural course of things would lead them to disappear, maybe in 100 or 200 years, maybe in less. As the world gets more connected (internet), and permeated by other countries cultures (specially USAs aggressive capitalist stance) boundaries disappear. Countries start to adapt to costumes of others, try to emulate the life styles of more developed countries, and then also the languages start to be influenced. Cultures are good because of the diversity they bring into the table, and how many different facets can the human being have, not being restricted to one standard. But then, there are some cases where cultures come into a frontal crash and putting up with each other seems impossible for some. I'd not like for different cultures to disappear, but right now seems like the natural course of things.
