The smartest (literate) tribal niga in the world could take the IQ test and receive a low grade, not because he's dumb (or a nigga) but because of the way in which your aptitude is tested, and how similar that is to what is taught in formal education. Spatial reasoning, pattern recognition, etc. are not general skills that are equally applicable in all contexts; the smartest tribe nig could have amazing pattern recognition when it comes to predicting weather, predicting harvest, tracking prey or searching for water, but he won't be able to solve a question that asks "which square filled with small triangles should follow the rectangular series filled with small stars shown in fig.A?" Similarly, a stock broker with the best technical analysis could be absolutely shit at trying to understand any kind of weather phenomenon, and why they would form.
Half the IQ test is just straight up SAT questions (like "A is to B as C is to [blank]"), which means anyone who receives formal education will do better on them, because they would be trained for standardized tests that calculate your reasoning skills, your pattern recognition, and your reading comprehension.

Also, you really can't be high iq and not even know how to read. Maybe there are a few examples of high IQ geniuses who don't even know how to read (I highly doubt it), but if you can't read, there's no way you will increase your IQ. If you think people are born with high IQs and that IQ is something unchangable, you're living in a memeworld.
