I drank coffee every day until it got to the point where I got headaches if I missed my morning cup of coffee.
After a month of requiring coffee, I decided to exit the addiction and just go cold turkey. That way I'd be receptive to caffeine before uni started again and wouldn't waste a day of learning if I missed a morning cup.

This is now the 7th day I've gone without coffee but I still have the withdrawal headaches. I think it'll take another week for the withdrawal to go away.
