That's objectively incorrect, we're moving ~700 mph average around the earth as it rotates, 70,000mph average around the sun as the year goes by, and another ~500,000mph around the galactic core as the galaxy rotates. Even all in the same plane, which they're not, those don't add up to millions of miles per second.

Now, I'm not sure how you would even measure the speed the galaxy itself is traveling, like where's the zero point that you measure from, but it's still probably not going to be millions of miles per second no matter how you cut the pie.
