The membrane pacemaker theory of aging seems to hold the most water, and has actionable steps, like avoiding the polyunsatured fatty acids and other such unsaturated molecules like retinoids as well as photosensitizers, I heavily suspect the fluorescent and photolabile amino acids have a big role in it as well

Is anybody else starting to realise this? Anyone who thinks about aging/disease converging along the same path here?
