Hey there /sci/enticians, regular lurker here.

I'm just about to go into my 3rd of a 4 year degree in Theoretical Physics and Applied Maths in the UK, and I'm starting to look at internships for next summer. I've pretty much decided that I want to go into the nuclear power industry.

I was just wondering if there was anyone here who had experience in the sector at all that could gve me some advice on a particular company or method that would be advantageous for me getting a head start.

I'm already talking to people from EDF, and I'm gonna apply there for sure. I'm mainly interested in the more 'physi sy' side of the industry as opposed to the managerial or engineering sides.

Constructive replies welcomed. Verbal piss-streams will be ignored.
