you've been in /pol/ too long

Most of the time, after a prof gives a test, he hands it back graded, and possibly even releases keys. At the least, they work through all the problems. The students keep them, and let their friends see it the next semester, and it gets passed down from there. Social cliques / student groups / fraternities / clubs will gradually build up and share collections as the years pass.

If the professor actually cares he can thwart this by having a large problem rotation, or always coming up with new problems. But they don't all care.
