You can cross-reference FBI statistics with pretty much any crime victimization survey. I'm sure you're intelligent enough to look these up yourself.
The genetic differences, like I said, can be found from the 1000 genome project. Pic related shows the differences between European and African genes, you can look up individual genes to get an idea of what they affect. The discoverer of the double helix shape of DNA, a nobel prize winner, has said himself that the difference between white and black behaviors is genetic (there are many places to find this online, too - his name is James Watson. You don't need me to spoonfeed you.)
You can also simply look up something along the lines of "white vs. black SAT scores controlled for economic differences" and find quite a few studies which will show that, even when controlled for economic disparities (which implies controlled social disparities) blacks score well under the average compared to whites.
