give me career advice /sci/

last semester of CS B.S., place where i'm working is offering to pay 80% of masters for where i go to school now, i do data science/machine learning stuff at work and my school offers a Data Science M.S. so that's what I would do

I don't know if I want to work for a few years first before doing the masters as i'm kind of sick of school. I feel like i'd be passing up a good opportunity by not taking this offer and getting it over with. It would take like two years I think?
Plus i'm not sure how good of a job i can get in something ML/data science related with only a B.S.. I don't think my skills are super strong either

pLUS the "data science m.s." my school offers is only like 3 years old so it feels like theyre trying to jump on the bandwagon a little bit

help my guys I went down the rabbit hole a few days ago. I don't know what to believe anymore. My instincts have always told me not to trust masons or (((their pals))) so I'm fucking questioning gravity now.
