C'mon, /sci/. This is important stuff right here.

This is precisely how the human thought process works. Reality is only defined by our ability to identify objects and our ability to agree on their existence.

"Color" is one of the very first objects that life has ever been able to think about, and it's our primary method of discerning where one entity ends and the other begins.

Why do we pretend it doesn't exist when these packets of information are precisely how we observe and distinguish world around us?

We need to stop treating "color" as though it's just a wavelength. But it's not. Every color represents a packet of information, and the fact that we have words for each color with easily recognized definitions is proof that they are a shared experience.

This entire thread is pretty much Venn Diagrams within Venn Diagrams.

As long as you know how the color wheel works, it's pretty easy to understand how all of these objects relate to each other.
