I've been thinking.

With Starship making launch costs retardedly low, how long until we see much bigger spacecraft assembled in orbit?

You could solve the zero gravity problem by just building a spinning space station. It would never have to land, just attach Starships to the center to act as thrusters, and then do aerocapture both ways.
