HELP! /sci/! My house has had this weird infestation of gnats (in the dead of winter...)

Anyway, I they are real apparent in or bathrooms. Where I take a shower.

A few minutes ago, I noticed a worm like thing drop out of my hair. And then another.

WHAT THE SHIT DO I DO. THEY HAVE LAID THEIR EGGS IN MY HEAD. I DON'T WANT TO BE THE MOTHER OF GNAT LARVAE.
