i know its not the thread for this kind of question but ... Neutron Stars are just close enough to be a black hole . The question is , if we still keep adding mass and maintaining the radius , there will be a point where the surface escape velocity is higher than c , thus creating a event horizon , ¿thus creating a black hole?

And more , if the is a Neutron Star that is close to be a black hole , the center of that Neutron start could have its own Even horizon ?
