\int_{0}^{1} \frac{cos(x)}{sin(x)^{3}-4sin(x)}
I got this floozie on my Calc III exam today, I keep on trying to solve it and there seems to be no quick way of doing it. Maybe I'm missing something. Halp guise, also first time using LaTeX so be gentle on my anus.

Also he asked for the center and radius of a circle in polar coordinates, but I gave it to him in Cartesian after converting from the polar equation he gave me to cartesian. Did I do wrong? I have no idea how to show the radius and center of a circle in polar...

Scientific definition of the Universe: "The entirety of everything that exists."

OP's postulation: "Other universes exist."

Dilemma: "How can they exist but not be part of the Universe?"

Hello, /sci/entists. I have a question for any Physics/Astrophysics/Astronomy graduates/students/teachers out there. I'm thinking of studying Astrophysics or Astronomy. Here's my problem. It takes me for-godamn-ever to learn Mathematics. I can do it, but for some reason it takes a very long time. As a result, I am a bit below where I should be going into a freshman year of Physics courses. Anyone have any textbook recommendations or methods for making Pre-calc/Calc and beyond a little bit more intuitive? I had some pretty awful teachers back in HS. I would be eternally greatful for any suggestions about what to expect as far as homework load as well. Thanks-
Anon.
