You aren't going to prevent China/India living at post industrial quality of life standards without declaring war on them. Crippling your own life standards won't change the long term trend and the only real solution has always been better technology and spaceflight.

When will /sfg/ take the Titan pill?

>Burnable fuel in lakes and rain
>Endless solid ice that can be converted to drinking water, oxygen, and fuel.
>All that is needed to start is a nuclear reactor and balloon drones to carry ice back up to space.

If earth sours on space Mars dies pretty quickly, Titan is the true key to the solar system.
