Okay, I finally started watching this and I get a weird clame at the very beginning. He said that many people use money as an excuse for poor results. Moreover, he said that over various 15-year periods NASA got the same amount of money, even when adjusted for inflation. I got numbers from wikipedia, put them into excel and got different results. The obviously got the most money during Apollo era, second one was 1988-2002, when they were building ISS.
I have no idea how he calculated it, but it seems wrong.
