You should never invoke the "burden of proof" outside a formal debate if you really are searching for knowledge. Using it will only prove that you just want to win the argument and boost your ego

I'm planning to get a hair of the cutest girl that I have ever seen in my life. A 20/10, with a perfect butt. Most pretty ass I've ever seen (including pr0n). Will I be able in say 50 years to make a clon out of that DNA? (not even necessarily irl but clonated on a virtual reality world, like that black mirror episode) what is the best way to preserve that DNA? what other things I can take that carry her dna? skin?

This must be voluntarily and rather better if she doesnt notice
wat do

Poor scientific approach.
No definition of terms discussed. ie. What is the "information" the organic neuron processes? What is the format and type?
No references.
I'd say it's at best a superficial overview of an idea about highly specialized notions you clearly do not understand.

Yes. Literally every day you use math, physics, sometimes chemistry. In contrast to a classroom, it's less about calculating the correct answer and more about understanding relationships and then tweaking parameters until the performance of the system meets a spec. Engineering is less about doing math than it is about applying knowledge to build a device. That being said, most interviews are quite technical, and if you thought you could "be an engineer" by bossing around people who are smarter than you, you should fucking kill yourself you useless waste of oxygen.
