it sums up pretty much everything on this subject

my two cents:

- extra limbs, imagine 4 arms, now you can do more work at higher speed
- completely non-humanoid torso (spider, horse, whatever??)
- for women it will become a fashion trend to buy new designer legs. it will become like buying new shoes.
- adjustable body parts: you can choose between different parameters (length of you torso, different ratios, overall size, ... ) for your body to find specific needs
- enhanced spectrum both visual and acoustic (infrared, even radio waves, uv, acoustic under 20 HZ and over 20 kHz)
- switching the senses :-D (you can now see the tastes or hear colours)
- visualisation of data if needed (augmented reality), you can see e.g. pressure distribution over your foot while you are running
- digestive system will be completely replaced
...
the ultimate goal is that your personality will be stored in some digital form so you can easily switch bodies (wet dream for traps and trannies)
