piggot: a portmanteau of pig + faggot, i.e. a double insult
or
"suck my brain!": brainlets always say "suck my dick" as an insult but we, as /sci/fags/ don't really value the dick or its length that much so it doesn't really feel like a proper insult, therefore we need to say "suck my brain", since we REALLY care a lot about our brains, as much as normalfag brainlets care about their pee-pees
