17 year old senior fag here I too cannot take Calculus because of shitty requirements stating that Precalculus is necessary before Calculus. The whole process is messed up they pick who can take Calc in my school in like the 7th grade...yea what the fuck. Unless your picked when your in 7th grade to go into some other math program there is no possible way to take Calc even if you test out of Precalc. It's kinda bullshit because I moved to the school in 7th grade and due to different state requirements I was ill prepared for the my current states curriculum. Oh well, I suppose I can use the rest of summer and the 40 minutes a day I am going to be wasting in Pre-Calc to learn Calc and higher maths.
