It can be considered in this case as how fast the observer is eating the red time of the line (i.e. time amount) rather than the 0 point marker like before. Obviously from the subjects’ point of view it would be +20MPH (+40MPH – +20MPH = +20MPH). The subject would be consuming 40 miles in 1 hour, so the 0 point marker would be -40MPH. That 1 hour is being eaten also by -20MPH resistance given by the observer. It’s really simple.

It’s possible to replace hours for resource or relative, you can say ‘we will reach this goal when we gain £1000’, in this way, power would be maximum cash flow and speed would be current cash flow. You can even replace hours for things such as bullets, ‘the line will be consumed in 2 bullets’. There are so many possible configurations. Mastering this, which I haven’t yet, is helpful to understanding the self entirely.

I guess that settles it then, no-one has provided a valid answer. All ad hominum and common idocy. 908's reply was not a good dispute against the original point, it's an opinion. It's an animal, humans, etc, purpose to survival. So common purpose would be 'survival' - and thus, it's not a poorly defined concept, just a highly diluted premise.
