not OP but: what would be the effects on longevity/anti-aging of MASSIVE doses of melatonin a day?

yes,but increasing gradually to get around that,and assuming one manages to still be more or less functional pushing trough sleepiness.
Im Talking about stuff like 1 GRAM of melatonin pills plus 10 hours in complete darkness a day..plus a 40-day "darkness retreat" every year.

how does NOT the poincare recurrence model of cyclical universe(heat death isnt definitive,there is still"stuff going on)prove the Eternal Recurrence?
How can you 100% prove we are not all botzmann brains navigating our own self-generated loop universes?
