why can't humans accomplish goals they have the resources to accomplish because they don't "have enough money" or "a big enough budget" why do you need a budget to use resources you already have?

medicine: 6 years med school + minimum 2 years spec + god knows how long internship until you are allowed to work without an old fart dicking you around = just a 6 figure salary + "umm guys i am a doctor"

surgical medicine: 6 years med school + 6 years general surgery + ???? years spec + god knows how much internship until you are allowed to work without an old fart dicking you around = 6 figures salary (200-400k?) + eternal stress and shitty lifestyle + you can add surgeon on your tinder profile + if you parents are Asian they will be proud of you
