I'm working at a grocery store to help put myself through college and pay billz and sheit.

EVERY FUCKING TIME I sit down in the break room at work to do some homework (C.E. Major), people are gawking over my fucking shoulder...

I'm in the same boat, OP. Had severe health anxiety issues. Recurring fear of cancer, heart attack, etc. I took citalopram hBr with much success.

Either you recognize the symptoms of a panic attack in order to stop them as they're coming on... Or you go back to taking your pills.

Deep meditation helps but is no cure. I really recommend re-upping your script. Anxiety is shit.

Does there exist a virus that kills painlessly and spreads quickly but takes a long time to kill you? we could all die together.
