What's the scientific way of stopping comparing yourself to others?

On one hand it's not fair since we are born with different genetics in different circumstances and make different experiences but in the end we are still competing for the same limited resources and the more capable person gets them.

How do I stop comparing myself to others? Now geniuses are a rarity but there are still hundreds of thousands of super performing people out there and they make me feel superfluous. I feel bad for getting tired fast and taking a long time to think when others can work all day getting minimal sleep and graduate from the best colleges with best grades. It just happens that everything I am interested in is super competetive. I guess I could try to find some nieche and just do some light science in free time but I wish to actually contribute something aside from just taxes and purchasing power.
