/sci/, excuse my ignorance, but can you answer me the following:

What's the difference between Bachelor's/Master's/PhD?

Do you need a Bachelor's degree to get a master's degree in the same carreer?
For example, Let's say I get an Undergrad in Math. Can I get a Master's degree in Physics? Or I need to get a Physics undergrad, and then a Physics master's?

What do you need to get a PhD? Is is a level Higher than Master's? Do you need a master's degree to get a PhD?

/sci/, I have some interesting math research that I'm going to publish in a book, but I'll give you some of it, so you can discuss it:

a) boob + boob = boobs, Therefore s = 2

b) 1 =/= 0.999... since 0.999... is an increasing number that never reaches zero

c)0^0 =/= 1 since you can't create Something from nothing.

What do you think about it?
