IQ and temperament ought to be the only criteria on which we judge human beings. Race is a determining factor in that. The truth is that a lot of blacks are just not capable of operating a functional members of society. Religion also poses issues because some of them are fundamentally opposed to trying to further knowledge that might disprove their teachings. Theres quite a few issues weed out before we even should start considering leaving our planet.
