No. Not worms. What they found was smaller than even regular bacteria, let alone worms:
>The structures found on ALH84001 are 20–100 nanometres in diameter, similar in size to theoretical nanobacteria, but smaller than any cellular life known at the time of their discovery.

Pic related is what they were talking about in 2020, these are actually a size plausibly created by worms, a few millimeters large. Completely different from what they found in the 90s. Not even in the same ballpark.
