are you 400lbs and 22% bodyfat? that leaves over about 250lbs for muscle. i've never even weighed in over 200lbs, hard to imagine how strong the sumo dudes must be. i've been over 22% fat before though, easy to imagine that part of their lifestyle. i wish someone told be when i was i kid that you could combine drinking, fighting and overeating into a valuable career in the japanese entertainment industry, seem like a really nice way of life.
