Like most of general society, acedemia, or anyone with basic reasoning skills, I tend not to take the opinions of lit art majors too seriously. Especially when it comes to hard science, philosophy, mathematics, or anything that has any basis in reality.

Maybe if the discussion was about grammer, a specific type of fiction literature, or some historical writer, I could take the Author seriously. However, he is out of his field and over his head, in attempting to challenge hawking.

The Author is just not qualified or educated enough (in the subject manner) to make a legitimate case against Hawking. Authors has no clout, it is fucking laughable to take his opinon as legitimate or noteworthy.

Would you take the the medial opinion of a lay person over that of a medical doctor? LMAO
