Thought has no sense of morality or kindness or love. Your brain does. So when you are not afraid? When you do not think of course. But when you think about certain thing it will trigger this response which makes your body gather this sick energy into your body. You cannot treat fear it will intestify until you go mad or feel indifferent to this thought.

Look at matter. Any matter. Without your thoughts. Observe death. What do you see? Just limp body right? What did this person who died experienced? You will never know because they are no more.

So what are you afraid off? Just your made up thought of death. Which is wrong. Because thought is this violent energy which cannot be controlled. Thought = matter.
