The horizon line is higher than that, the water has a mirror line above it. See gif, it's the same effect. You really need to do better than this.

You forget you're talking about objects above water, and water will distort light, you cannot immediately assume curvature without accounting for the water and its behaviour.

You can even see this behaviour using a flat bridge, curvature is merely an illusion, pic related.
