I have a meeting in 2.5 hours to show him progress on my new approach and I have a big mental block. I wanted to write a little bit to show him and receive confirmation that I'm doing the job correctly, but it's so fucking difficult to write about something leagues away from my knowledge level and with no more guide than a chinese review that he sent me.

I know this is a troll post but holy shit. Actually the "arts" is one of the least creative things I can think of. To make good art you just have to spend a lot of time doing it, it doesn't necessarily have to be new or original. Engineers have to manipulate objects in their environments constantly to perform NEW functions. The only function any piece of art has ever done is made me want to vomit.
