>As they've said, and will continue to say ad-nausea till the end of science.

No, this is never how it went. Your comment is ignorant.

We know chemistry to very high accuracy and apply rigorous testing programs to anything meant for human use.

Future health threats will be likely be from our attempts to create applications from new particle physics we do not yet fully understand.

eg: Higgs Boson = Artificial Gravity = Weakens the fabric of spacetime and allows the Orz into our dimension?

The universe is the entirety of everything that exists. Nothing can exist apart from it. Being "outside" and thus unable to affect or interact with things "inside" is functionally equivalent to non-existence.

The universe isn't an object or inflating balloon inside something else. There's nothing beyond the universe to expand into.

One of the biggest mindfucks for the uninitiated about universal expansion is that the universe does not possess an "outside" surface.

Hello /sci/entists. I don't go on your board much because most mathematics and sciences are far over my head. However, I was reminded of a shared mutual love upon searching for this song.

(as seen on /sci/ - Science & Math)

I feel this song captures quite well the quiet infinite of space, perhaps why it was linked to from here. A fascinating subject, even to a layman who knows nought of celestial planes and redshifts and the like. And I adore most attempts to capture it within music.

Do you have any other musics that reminds you of our infinitesimally meager locale within our universe? Jazz, classical, funk, rock. Doesn't matter. I'll post some others I like in a bit.
