similar for me
i also exercise regularily and since the vaccine i noticed that i cant build up stamina for cardio anymore
had to get it for work, now i get panic attacks and abnormal heart beat
during the pandemic my daily schedule broke apart (which i heavily rely on as autist), leaving me with little meaning or purpose for life anymore
i guess many people fulfill the symptoms of clinical depression during the pandemic, it seems to be a expected reaction to the shitty situation
you have to be a docile sheep or retarded cattle oblivious to your surrounding to not fall into depression, more so when common coping strategies dont work anymore (gyms closed, so no exercise, shopping for groceries is bothersome, never leaving house due to work at home and restricitons)

a symptom of the chronic overstress, from which there is little refuge, is constant fatigue, eating problems, sleep issues (and other psychosomatic problems)
at times i used to sleep up to 14 hours a day but still would wake up exhausted, never feeling refreshed from sleep
i would also sleep during the day from exhaustion

guess its similar for others
