I am willing to do pretty much anything to increase my general intelligence, including experimenting with adderall, since I probably have ADHD. Except for the basic exercise to stay healthy, and keeping up with uni, I can dedicate all my time to improving my intelligence, so I just need to know how.
Book recommendations very much appreciated. Have already read HTRAB, Atomic Habits, Deep work, and will read a mind for numbers too.
Please Help I am desperate.

/sci/, how do I get rid of my academic anxiety? before I start to work on my homework in class, even though I have a strong intuitive understanding on my math, physics and philosophy homework/reading I still get shared shitless because I feel like my intelligence might not understand new concepts just before I start. Anyone in a similar position?
Why am I so scared of something that interests me so deeply? can I change this?
