I don't know OP, but just in case I'll homeschool my hypothetical future children.

On topic now:

Math classes entirely dedicated to symbolic reasoning and critical thinking skills, actual number crunching is dedicated to the computer. Teach them Common Lisp and Mathematica/Maple/Mathlab to write programs to do the hard work for them, so basically teach them symbolic computation, with which they'll have a better understanding of numeric computation from a young age.

Use all the resources of the Internet as much as possible: Khan academy, MIT OpenCourseware, etc., mostly because most teachers would be incapable of teaching anything outside old, outdated plans (Like programming).
