Every time somebody finds this thing they act like they've discovered immortality. Putting aside the obvious fact that it's a jellyfish and therefore of significantly less complexity than a human being, the jellyfish is still vulnerable to diseases and getting eaten by predators.
As humans, we're already capable of producing cells that are immortal which ignore apoptosis. We call them cancers.

You want to talk about living longer with shit we understand right now, look at fasting. I'm guessing your diet and exercise routine is dogshit as well so fix that.

It's vitamin B3, you'll be fine. Though with current technology NAD via intravenous injections (it's like a clinic you sit in and they feed it into you over a period of time) are more effective but cost more, you've got to keep going to them and they're still in the realm of being considered kind of woo.
