It makes no claims with information content. Solipsism is nothing more than "maybe reality isn't!" "What does that mean, in practical terms?" "LOL, I dunno".

And it pretty much ends there. It does not inform me of anything about the source of my experiences, it does not constrain my expectations of what I will experience in the future, and it certainly doesn't show my how to exert greater control over my experiences.

It's empty and worthless.
